Worst place ever. I went to do a divorce, he charge me the total amount in June, 6 months later I still waiting for documents that he was supposed to send to the court and he didn’t even give me an appointment or try to fix his fault. He is so rude and meant. He doesn’t care about the clients time. He can tell you to wait for him like 2 hours to then tell you to come back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR SILVESTRE services. BE AWARE DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE.

I went to this place because of the reviews. The fist day they took forever to see us. They gave us the price of a package we agreed on. We wanted to pay right there and then because we know how prices on airfare especially go up and down. but he told us not to worry that he would lock it in to come back that Thursday. I told him I could not that I would be working but that my husband could. He said no problem that my husband could come with the money and he would book it. When my husband went, he waited over 2 hours and was the second person there. When he finally got in to see the guy for the 3rd time, the gave offered totally different prices that were of course, much higher…….. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE…

The customer service is terrible and extremely unprofessional. In terms of the ladies working in the office, they have been very nice and respond quickly. However, the tax preparer (owner of SYB) is not. When I requested to speak with the owner, he was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. I travel out of state for work and I needed a copy of my previous tax returns. They refused to email a copy of my own Tax Returns, even though they are legally obligated to do so. I explained that I would not be able to obtain physical copies since I'm out of state, but it doesn't seem to make sense to him. The place is completely outdated and they don't know how to properly use computers since they can not send a simple email. If privacy is a concern, there is something called encryption. It has been the worse place that I've used for my taxes. The owner is rude, condescending, and anti-social. Moreover, withholding a customers tax return is illegal and I will report them.

I've used the accounting, notary, flight purchases, and delivery services offered here. I started using their services more than 20 years ago. They have very good customer service. Although they have long lines, I feel it's because they're so good at what they do that they have so many customers.
