Marla planned an excellent 14 day experience on a MSC Cruise to the Mediterran with a couple of days layover in Lisbon, Portugal for our large group. The accomodations were top tier- which included but not limited to: -arrangement of the Yacht Club experience which included Concierge, Butler service, exclusive restaurants and more. -private car service to and from the airport, and ports for excursions such as in Lisbon, Portugal and Casablanca, Morocco -Private tours with the Natives -Excellent itinerary which incorporated some of her recommendations and alternatives when we were unable to leave the port in Barcelona, Spain. Marla is very professional, responsive, and extremely clear when communicating about action items and paperwork needed for traveling. She thought of many things I didn't even think about to make our trip memorable and seamless. The presentation that she put together for our group before traveling was awesome which included refreshments, powerpoint, reference guides, and even a gift for each traveler catered to the children and the adults. This was my first cruise and I was thoroughly impressed. I could not have planned a trip like this myself. I would definitely use her services again!
