I had the most rudest agent at the Southwest ticketing counter at CVG airport. She was standing at the counter, doing nothing and saw I had my bag tag and sent me to another line. Then the other agent told her to help me. I walk up and ask if she can help to ensure my baggage tag is correct. She told me I don’t know how to follow instructions. Really?! I just wanted to ensure I had the tag on my luggage correct. Do better with your ticketing agents at CVG airport, Southwest. She was a short African American woman and so rude. Terrible terrible customer service! You just lost my business. I won’t ever travel with Southwest again. I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s a shame people have to be treated this way.

Thanks to SOUTHWEST my daughter is able to fly as a young traveler without paying enormous fees! She is very mature and has flown with Southwest several times now. They always take great care of her. Service member even spoke on the phone with me when my daughter was confused about a change in boarding times due to a short delay. Flights can be expensive nowadays and paying $300 in extra fees for your teen to fly can get expensive! I know these services are necessary for some, but they should be optional and not required! They offer FREE LUGGAGE SERVICE which is AWESOME! The Reps are always beyond kind and helpful! They make the process of booking a flight absolutely painless. Allowing us to change our tickets when needed is just a bonus. Cannot say enough GREAT things about this airline! Thank you Southwest for allowing my precious daughter to fly with you! We appreciate you❤️🙏
