Vera was working the front desk and worked a miracle for us tonight. We were in a hurry for duty day restrictions, so we called ahead to get a quick turn set up. She was totally ready with the paperwork, had everything ready for our 7 passengers and their two rental cars, AND was directing the line guys to make sure they were in the right spots at the right times. Long story short, wheels down to wheels up was 0+30m exactly. Very nicely done. Please pass along our appreciation.

The building is really nice, the chairs in the pilot lounge are not comfortable though, the quiet rooms are good though
