Dont opt for their service. Buses are not maintained. Our Dombivli Pune Bus broke down at Kalamboli and they have sent another bus after one hour. No courtesy towards passengers.

Dombivali to pune service is very good. And that free water battles are amezing, and also drivers are good

Worst experience ever. Wanted to travel from dombivli to uran but just because the work was so important and it should not be delayed we chose maharaja travels service instead of ola/uber. We have handicapped person with us and because of our condition we chose the agency instead of cab. They asked 4k for return trip and we agreed for that thinking the service will be top notch. But the car they gave is the worse and very old. Because of that the car got broken down in between high way near panvel After informing travel agent he said ' jo karna hai Karo gaadi chodo aur apna dekho' is what we got after trusting them. It has been 2 hrs we are still in the same place and because of the worst service they have provided we have to suffer with this condition. Giving 1 star because can't give 0. Not at all recommended. Will suggest go for other agencies.

Worst experience. Booked tickets from Dombivli to Pune (19/12/24) for myself and wife ,both are Senior citizens.Bus was late by 30 minutes.Driver didn't stop bus at my boarding point although I was raising my hand,shouting to stop.When contacted, I was told to take riksha and come at next boarding point.Very careless ,rude staff.

Absolute garbage service. Booked ticket from Dombivli to Pune. Bus shut down after travelling not even 25 kms. Could have easily changed bus before but instead driver waited till bus was outside the city and completely shut down in the middle of nowhere under heavy rain. Absolutely senseless staff with zero planning.
