Shashank shekhar Dubey is a fraud person.while ticket booking he asked for payment first and after a payment he never book a ticket and he never answer the phone calls and messages also not returning the money.He has taken money to book tickets advance of 4000rs.pls don't contact Shashank tour and travel .he is a big big big fraud

He will talk to you very kindly until you pay him for the tickets and then he will disappear. I have called Shashank one week before to inquire about railway ticket bookings between Thane - Kankavli for month of September 2024. I paid him advanced of Rs. 5000 as he said tickets will be available in 2 days. After two days, he told me that ticket is booked and to get this tickets I have to pay remaining of Rs. 4000. I have paid Rs. 4000, even though paying him the full amount of Rs. 9000 ( which is agreed), I didn’t receive the tickets yet. And now when I’m trying to call him for my tickets or refund, he is not picking up my calls or not replying to my messages. I have registered a complaint against him in Police Station. This kind of people (like Shashank) take advantage of your needs, so be aware of such scamsters.

Hi I am Ashok from Thane..I paid Rs 2000/- to Shashank on May 12 as an advance for tatkal train ticket reservation from Banaras to Mumbai.. He did not book ticket and not giving my advance back.. he has been giving excuses and avoiding to pay since last 2 moths. I am tierd with follow up. Can anyone help me to get money from Shashank? Shashank helped us with last minute tickets. He is genuine and is responsive over WhatsApp, calls. It was a group booking and he was very helpful till the last minute. I was a little apprehensive because of the negative reviews here but looks like they were due to certain circumstances. All good with the bookings done by him 👍
