As Salaam U Alikum, my trip with SIT for Umrah October 2025 was truly beautiful. The entire team took very good care of us from start to end. We had no worries from pick up at airport to drop off at hotels and didn’t even have to worry about check in at the hotels or checkout. Everything was sorted for us by the Sara team. They were all so professional and courteous and behaved like family with our little group. They helped us at all stages of the umrah and ensured that everyone was well taken care of. The team included 2 very special brothers Abdul Karim and Abdul Majeed who were like our persons day to day in Makkah and Madinah. And not forgetting the 2 Imams who lead us in our 2 Umrahs, Brother Dawood and Brother Abdullah. They made the experiences so beautiful. And Brother Khalide who was the best coordinator for our group, who made sure that everything ran smoothly for our day to day activities. Every little Ziyarah trip was so well planned and enriched our experience. Sara International Travels is a full service travel agency that is very professional and well organized with specialized professionals in each department, available easily for any and all questions. My airlines changed their flights. I called Usama immediately and he contacted the airlines directly, dealt with all the details, fixed everything and called me back reassuring me everything was all set, and indeed it was. I had no worries or hassles to deal with. We ended up needing a different Umrah itinerary from the big group because of our arrival and departure dates. Imam Zameer was able to make that happen seamlessly, it felt like we had our own private tour. At each step of the journey, there was a team member to greet us and transfer us to the next locations. What was especially amazing is that these people were locals, so they knew little secrets of how to get around some issues that someone who didn't live there would not have known what to do. Abdul and Khalide in Madinah and Khaled and Mohammad in Makkah were exceptional and above and beyond our expectations. They were always available to answer questions and guide us and direct us. Just got back from my Umrah trip with Sara International Travel and honestly, I’m still soaking it all in. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish, and I feel so grateful for how well everything was managed. In Makkah, we stayed at both Address Jabal Omar and Hyatt Regency. Both hotels were amazing – clean, comfortable, and close to Haram. Hyatt is literally a one-minute walk to the mosque, and Address Jabal Omar has a 24/7 shuttle for those who prefer not to walk the 5–6 minutes. The food at both places was delicious – fresh, with a lot of variety. A huge thank you to Sister Somaya who was always there for the sisters, helping out with so much patience and kindness. She really made us feel looked after. And then there’s Brother Khalid Alsilani – mashAllah, such a respectful and professional person. He made sure everything ran smoothly, from transport to little day-to-day things. What I appreciated the most was during our Ziarahs in Makkah, he explained all the places with proper references from Hadith, and also pointed out what stories were just local tales. That clarity made a big difference and helped us connect more deeply to the experience. In Madinah, we stayed at Anwar Al Madinah, and I absolutely loved it. The hotel was beautiful, and the food options were the best we had the entire trip. Brother Abdel Majeed welcomed us so warmly – truly such a kind and respectful soul. Always checking in on us, always smiling. We were lucky to have an Imam Ibrahim Khalil as guide us for the Ziarahs in Madinah, and he was incredible – explained everything so well and even helped us find the best places to shop.. Also want to appreciate Brother Muhammad from the ground staff – super helpful and always going the extra mile. . Overall, I felt safe, respected, and spiritually uplifted throughout the journey. The hospitality, service, and care we received were truly next level. May Allah reward the whole team at Sara International Travel for making our Umrah so memorable.
