Oustanding customer services. I called regarding a passport prorrogation service and attentions and explanations were excelent. Actually my situation was a specific one different than commons situations with passaport. The gave me all tha possible solutions and also help me to figure out best one for me regarding to my specific situation.

I was really satisfied until the lady, she said the owner of the business was out of control and her costumer services was a desaster, my boyfriend need a birth certificate translate and she was asking so many questions that I deny to answer, hello if you go for a service and you’re paying for that do not investigate the why it’s not your business do your part get your payment and you’re done no entre en el chismeeeeeeeeeeee

Location is GRATE Food is like any other Fast Food Staff could be friendlier and more attentive. They are trying to implement Adutomadtion Ordering and its really Bad. They need to hire more employees Pay them a Decent Salary and improve Customer service.
