My trip to Scotland was one of the best trips I have ever taken. They handled my transportation there and back. Set up sightseeing. They just knew the best agents. The best restaurants, and the finest hotels. Even stayed at a castle 🏰 for a few nights.

I stopped in to this travel agent as I wanted to purchase a ticket for a trip to Europe, Africa and the Indian Ocean. Without learning anything about me they dismissed me stating that they ONLY work with established clients. I was so surprised to be turned away since they knew nothing about me that I re-asked my question. It was again clarified they weren't interested in working with me so I asked for a referral. The response they gave was that I call American Airlines. Even I know that AA does not travel to my destination of La Reunion Island. I have the budget, the interest and the time to have become one of their customers, but I'm not looking to be insulted and devalued. They need to learn a thing or two about customer service. (and apparently about the flights offered by major airline carriers.) I should have paid more attention to the previously posted negative review, but I expected more from a business headquartered in the high dollar rent area. I wont be going back there.
