Michele succeeded in organising for us the adventure of a lifetime. We travelled the Amazon Rivers of Peru, hiked the Salkantay trail to Machu Pichu in the Andes Mountains, and then explored the Galápagos Islands of Ecuador. Our adventure was finely detailed and extremely well organised with excellent guildes who quickly learnt the character and expectations of our travelling group. All the accommodation was of high quality, very comfortable and welcoming, and supported by excellent meals typical of the regions we travelled. To organise a travelling group of 12 people from Canada and Australia, and to have everyone raving about how excellent the whole trip was, is an extraordinary achievement. Karen Poulin from Renshaw Travel took great care of our family. She helped us booked a 5 nights cruise on Norwegian Bliss and flights to LA. It's our first time booking through a travel agent. I normally make my own bookings, but since this time we're also taking my parents and the kiddo with us, I decided to go through an agent and was glad that we went with Renshaw.
