She asked great questions and gathered information about budget and timing, hopes, favorite past travel experiences, etc. and then helped build a scaffolding for the trip, with a nice (but not overwhelmingly huge) selection of options to plug in. She was super flexible in making changes along the way as we fine-tuned our choices. And all her finds -- small hotels, local guides, assistance with ground transportation -- were excellent and made the whole vacation smooth and wonderful.
