I use Outside Agents as my host agency for my travel business. They are fair, they respond to emails, questions, and / or concerns quickly, offer great training and seminars. I chose OA as my host agency because they promised to support new agents. However, my experience with one of their preferred suppliers was quite disappointing. On my first booking, there were significant issues; the supplier claimed that OA had incorrectly set up my account, which resulted in pricing that was 50% higher than expected. When I contacted OA, their response was unhelpful; they simply denied any error on their part and refused to assist in resolving the problem. This was particularly frustrating since the role of a host agency is to mediate and resolve such supplier issues. The support team was brief in their communication and showed no willingness to help. They suggested I email Steve, the owner, which I did, but after several days I'm still waiting for a reply. The entire ordeal has been extremely disappointing as this wasn't the only issue I had with their team.

OA is a FANTASTIC host agency. The owners are such good people, and want us all to succeed. There is a lot of training available, top notch support, and of course so many long-term relationships with MANY tour operators and various suppliers. Their CRM is easy to use, and all the staff is very nice and communicates very well. If you are looking for a new host, I could not recommend OA enough! Highly recommended.
