Liv & Brett were amazing to work with! I highly recommend them. We were nervous to travel from America to Italy because my father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and has mobility issues. They made our trip so easy with all the assistance we would need at airports etc. They were extremely knowledgeable about restaurants, hotels, & activities. They were also very patient with us. My wife and I are just back from 11 days in Italy. Brett and Liv did a great job of planning our trip as well as following up along the way making sure we were enjoying it. It was one of those " YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE" vacations and the trip lived up to our expectations. The hotels in each location of Venice, Bologna, Lake Como, and Milan were excellent. In particlular. Londra Palace in Venice and Grand Tremezzo at Lake Como were superb. Because of Olsen O'leary and the Virtuoso connection, we were upgraded in 3 of the hotels. The upgrade at Grand Tremezzo had us looking at each other saying "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?". We are in our late 60s and have traveled a good bit. But have never been in a hotel as nice as Grand Tremezzo. From the ambiance to the service to the sheer beauty of Lake Como, Grand Tremezzo is as good as it gets. I was lobbying to stay in Bellagio since it was close to the action. I am so glad I listened to Brett who knew way better than I. Having the expert available to kindly direct us properly meant everything. The Grand Tremezzo was so good, you didn't want to leave the hotel. And we never did, except to walk to dinner and to go on a great 6 hour boat tour on Lake Como. We also enjoyed our tour guides at each location as well as the seemlessness of getting from place to place with excellent car service. Olsen O'leary pays attention to detail and makes travel easy. Venice was also a highlight going to Murano to see the glass factory. Also the Londra Palace was another great hotel looking directly at the Canal watching the world go by. A special shout out to the concierge Andreas, who made our stay special. So thanks again Brett and Liv for organizing an incredible trip. Howard and Joanie
