We planned a destination wedding through North South Travel and we honestly could not have been happier or more impressed. Our guests had a lot of requests and complications and Ginger was so accommodating. She also left us (the bride and groom) out of it so that we didn't need to have any extra stress and she dealt with all the requests with a happy and cheerful tone directly with the guests. Every one of our guests would comment to us just how impressed they were with Ginger. We also worked with Laura and she was an absolute blessing. She was able to get in and take care of things for us and ask questions for us which took away so much potential stress. She went above and beyond throughout our entire process and were so thankful to have her. When we had a problem during our ceremony and needed to contact the resort, Kemi and Laura stepped in and managed to get everything sorted for us. As we were on our Honeymoon, it was absolutely amazing that they continued to support us and follow up with the company on our behalf. If you are on the fence about using North South Travel, do yourself a massive favor and use them. We honestly could not have had such a successful experience without them. The amount of stress they lifted from us was immeasurable. They are smart, know what they're doing, resourceful, and truly cared about us. Thank you so very much for everything!

My online request was responded to by Dana nearly immediately - very professional and thorough. Craig booked my trip - he is very knowledgeable on destinations across the globe and the best tours and hotels to match. Got a nice bottle of wine and cheese plate when I arrived at my hotel in London - such a nice touch. Highly recommend these travel professionals no matter where you are.

Cannot say enough about this agency. Have worked with them for teeny years but last experience was over the top. My flight from the north was cancelled and had to drive to Vancouver to catch an afternoon flight. Timing was very tight-so tight that I arrived at the airport with 5 minutes to spare. Dana at her suggestion met me at the curb, got me checked in and then took my car home.unbelievable service!!!

After my initial experience, Kemi, Director of Corporate & Leisure Sales, contacted me to apologize and offer NS Travel services free-of-charge in the future. For my next trip, I had a complicated flight schedule, which Alvin, Senior Corporate Travel Advisor, thoughtfully prepared for me. Thank you both! Pretty disappointed that a supposedly "high-end" travel agency can't even manage to get back to me when I've contacted them repeatedly for various trips.
