My husband and I was in Miami for his birthday on October 10, 2025. We missed our 9 am bus on this day. We arrived in the storefront on Lincoln to see if we can get on next bus at 10 am. We had to pay a rebooking fee, the cost of one of the tickets. Ok, we ate that cost because we were late. If I could give this tour a ZERO rating we would. We were on the Miami City Tour bus on October 10, 2025 at 10am est. The bus driver was not welcoming or friendly. The tour guide guy came across as upbeat starting but ended up being terrible. -He spoke Spanish majority barely moving to English. - he did not explain the transition from the bus tour to the boat tour. EVERYONE was lost and confused. The tour guider became frustrated because everyone was asking where to go. He asked everyone to follow him. We all thought we were being taken to the boat tour but instead he took us to a restaurant and told us to eat there. NO ONE went in there because we couldn’t believe he had us to follow him there blindly. He became frustrated when no one would go eat there. I asked him directly where do we go for the boat tour and he said for me to go wait over “there”. I then asked it over there was for the boat. This man refused to answer me…….he kept saying just go wait over there. He put a lot of pressure to buy from a certain restaurant in Little Havana and at Bayftont Market. Very unorganized tour. He did not explain well how to get to the boat tour. Security helped me and my husband find the boat tour. This tour was a disaster. We both said we will never ever use this tour again. We didn’t even mind the fact it rained. No problem at all. The service was awful.

We had an amazing experience! This is the 1st tour I've been on that takes you through and then walks you through stores, cigar shop, Cuban coffee, and shared a great place for Cuban mojitos. The staff was super helpful. We enjoyed the boat tour also! Super fun and learned alot.

Avoid! Booked a tour to the Everglades from Miami. Bus left 30+ minutes late. Then the bus had some problems and the 45 minutes drive became a 1.5 hour drive. The boat ride was appx 30-40 minutes and the presentation maybe another 15min. Then had to wait for 2 hours! for another bus to come get us. The boat ride and presentation were nice and the guides knowledgeable. The bus driver was also nice and knowledgeable. Whole in whole, not worth spending an entire day for less than an hour of actual experience.

The noise from the boat was deafening, much louder than when we did a similar tour a few years ago. This should really be mentioned in advance. We didn’t see any wildlife, likely because the boat was going far too fast and the noise scared everything away. While the boat ride itself was enjoyable, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

The driver forgot two women in Keywest, they ran to catch up with the bus, they caught up with the bus at the intersection lights. Another thing also that is fraudulent limit is that when you arrive on the bus in the morning the benches in the front completely were inaccessible, after the departure on the highway the guide tells us that those who want to have a better view can buy the benches for 29$ After a few minutes he made another $10 offer because no one had accepted for the $29 cash. Eventually he gave way to a sexy Latino woman who flirted with him.
