Please DO NOT BOOK with this People. They told me they would refund my ticket, but by mistake, they didn’t contact the airline. The deadline has passed, and I lost my money. They didn’t even offer to help. I have been a kind and loyal customer, but they clearly don’t know how to manage something simple this experience has been disappointing.
