One of my worst experiences in aviation. It took over a month to arrange the small twin, Grumman Cougar so that I could do my ATP check ride. They require an MEI to fly the airplane. They don't rent it out on a solo basis. When I finally got the airplane scheduled and the FAA examiner agreed to meet me at Malone Aviation, Mr. Malone became irate that we were running late. The examiner flew in from another location in FL. If there was some sort of problem, Mr. Malone was sending his young counter girl as a go between he and I. I finally, told her to let Mr. Malone he could talk to me directly. I then walked over to his office. Mr. Malone was verbally abusive and yelled at me that I can't tell him what to do with his plane and he can take it whenever he needs it. He was red faced with bloodshot eyes. I immediately thought he may be drunk or recovering from a hang-over, so I just apologized for any misunderstanding and continued with my flight. I ended up getting my ATP ride done, but will never use this FBO ever again and will never recommend it to anyone. If it was possible, I wouldn't even give this FBO even one star.

I have been flying with Malone Air Charter for the last 3 years. I have never dealt with ANY service related business in any field ( and I deal with many very high end vendors) which meets the incredibly high standards upheld by this superb firm. The planes are spotless, the pilots are all VERY talented and Scott and Mindy Malone are the most honest and hard working couple I know. I have flown more than 20 trips and each one has been a joy. I contemplated joining NetJets, but with a local firm this superb, I trust Malone more than I would trust even NetJets. I fly our daughter to and from prep school with Malone and trust them implicitly. Having lost a sibling when I was 12 years old in a plane crash, I am extremely careful in my vetting process. I could not be happier.
