Worst and most unprofessional operator – do not book with Maa Tours & Travels. I booked tickets for a Non-AC bus, but at the last moment they changed the bus and forced us into an AC bus, demanding an extra ₹600 for 6 passengers. They even threatened to cancel my tickets if I didn’t pay. Since we had no other option, I agreed and still complained to RedBus about this unfair practice. The operator then took it on his ego and cancelled all 6 of my family’s tickets after the complaint. This is nothing but harassment and pure unprofessional behavior. On top of that, the bus provided was in a dangerously bad condition: Interior roof missing, only metal sheet exposed. Front tyre swollen with an air bubble. Left side and rear badly damaged. Rear left indicator broken. Clearly, the bus was not roadworthy, and it was extremely risky for passengers to travel in it. I have attached photos of the bus as proof. Maa Tours & Travels not only provides unsafe buses but also treats passengers in the worst possible manner. They are unprofessional, money-minded, and unsafe. ⚠️ Do not book with this operator — your money, safety, and peace of mind are at risk.

Their service was very good and they charged RS 425 for the travel. But the Neeta bus had a problem so I reached late to pune. Its not their fault. But I am satisfied with the MA travels service.

I just started my journey ! Best n surprisingly bus was 2 minutes before time ! Decently clean & lit up ! Since I prefer very hygienic bed sheets , I feel it has scope to improvement! Still 4 star for timing !
