I have never been more disrespected in my entire life. Booked and paid for trip in cash back in Feb to Let’s Travel. No issues. Due to Covid had to cancel in March. I was told 3-4 months until I would receive refund. Again no issues. Being that we paid let’s travel in cash and not hotel directly they were my only lifeline for info. Checked in monthly with Let’s Travel just for an update. From March until July I have contacted them 6 times or less for an update. June-July I was told anytime. This is where the aggression And hostility began from Bryan Davenport at Lets Travel. Passive aggressive comments from him included but not limited to. “ I told the hotel I’m tired of talking to these people! You should have had your money a long time ago. Then finally in July he tells me you know what, I’m just going to write you a check and we’re done. I replied do you have my cell phone number. He said yeah and he would call me. He did not. The following week I have to show up at his office. I was polite and courteous. Mind you, I have done business with this man for 8 years. He is slamming things around on his desk. I ask where this agression is coming from. He raises his voice and tells me I am writing you this check and we are done!!!!!! Attempting to make me feel somehow like I’m in the wrong for following up on over 2K refund that I canceled in March. Unprofessional inappropriate and disrespectful. One thing he did get correct is the fact that we are most definitely done.

I have been traveling woth Let's Travel for years. They have sent me all over. Brian Davenport is the best. I call him and say I'm thinking about this part of the world, and in a day or two he has options laid out for me. Easiest, most efficient, way to schedule travel. Will always travel with Let's Travel!

My husband Gary Spinks has been using this company as his travel agency for 30 years, he’s never had any issues with them, we just got back from a 7 day vacation in Punta Cana with 22 people and had no issues with our resort...this travel agency is highly recommended from us! Brian Davenport always goes above and beyond for his traveling customers...we appreciate everything he’s done for us with our traveling!!

We have dealt with let’s travel for the past 8 years and had wonderful experiences. Recently we booked a trip to ft Lauderdale in March but due to covid we had to cancel the trip. After being persistent we finally got our money back 7/6/20 with a lot of disrespect and unprofessionalism from Bryan...we will never be back there!!!

If you want a travel agency that will go the extra mile for you then Let’s Travel is NOT for you. In order to get a response I had to call multiple times or send multiple emails. I needed to make a spelling correction on a plane ticket and was repeatedly told “it was no big deal” or “it’s stupid to even worry about”. They wanted to charge me nearly $200 to make the change because it would “take a lot of their time” to do. In the end, I was able to make the change myself, for free, and it only took 45 minutes from start to finish.
