They are wonderful! Vangie is very kind and helpful. I was a bit skeptical reading mixed reviews, but for some reason my gut said go with it. I paid exactly what the price was and had my Russian visa one week before my trip. To be fair, I was a bit behind on planning when I stumbled across this company. I paid for the 11 day one and once my documents were in their hands, it was approved, back in my hands in Ohio within the 11 days- and that was with the 2 day shipping each way- so much quicker than I even expected. Would highly recommend and will use again for any of my Russian travel needs. I just came home from Russia and had a wonderful time in Moscow.

They did good by me. They're legit and do good business. Got my Visa pretty fast. Paperwork was easy. After researching other agencies, they had the fairest price so I went with it. You pay on the website and the process starts, which consists of filling the application of 3 easy pages (which they correct if it has any mistakes), getting it notarized (that's free at your bank) and sending it off with your passport and a headshot. Then you wait for a week or two and it comes right back in with the Russian Visa page on your passport. Vangie would text me and email me to keep me updated on the visa process. She was nice and helpful. I called after I paid to make sure everything was legit. I think the owner of the company picked up. Cool guy who sounded honest and hard working.
