What. An. Experience! Booked a 4 hour salmon fishing tour for 5 of us. Fishing for salmon for 3+ hours amongst feeding humpback whales, seals, and eagles. What a way to experience Alaska. Caught plenty of salmon to ship home and the captains and deck hands were extremely helpful.

I am so grateful to Cynthia that I am writing a review. She presented us with a variety of options to help us get the tour we wanted to do in Alaska. And they were always friendly and gave accurate directions. Thanks to her, I learned things I didn't know whether I was traveling to Alaska for the first time or not. Don't forget that April is pre-season, so you can do more activities in May.

We booked with these guys for a Juneau helicopter glacier ride. They were super informative and very helpful. Unfortunately we were delayed into port and couldn’t make it for our ride. They were completely understanding and gave us a full refund. We tried to make another work, but couldn’t find anything that would fit. Even though we didn’t go, they were super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend using them.

Cynthia did an amazing job coordinating all the different activities and making sure everything worked perfectly like clockwork, insuring that we had the greatest time ever and an experience of a lifetime. The prices were a lot cheaper than the ones offered by the cruise ship and they have a lot more variety. I highly recommend both the company and Cynthia. Important note: due to fog we were going to miss our ship, so when the fog cleared up they flew us directly to the cruise dock

Very disappointing experience – unprofessional and disrespectful handling. Our helicopter tour was canceled due to bad weather (heavy fog and rain), but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Cynthia, who knew as early as 8:45 a.m. that the flight would not operate, still insisted—rudely and in a very forceful manner—that we walk 10 minutes in the rain, with a 4-year-old child, just to be told at the helipad (by a much more polite staff member) that the flight was canceled. She made it clear that if we didn’t show up in person, we wouldn’t be eligible for a refund—even though she was fully aware of the cancellation in advance. This was not only unnecessary and inconsiderate, but also showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. This is not how you treat your guests.
