Incredible travel agent!!! Highly recommend!!! Held our hand literally the entire way!! Through crazy cancellations to Israel and a bumpy road getting new tickets, they took care of us step by step at all hours of the day from morning to night and even when we got to the airport made sure to figure out special accommodations for our suitcases to make it to the final destination.

Yuda and Carmen and the entire team are so responsive to the airline industry when dealing with both domestic and international travel. Working with Joy Travel has been amazing. There were two situations this week that they were very helpful with. 1) We went to the wrong airport as there are two airports close to our home. This resulted in missing the scheduled flight. The staff person dropped what they were doing and made it a priority to get us on the flight from the other airport allowing us to still make the connection. He stayed on the phone till we were fully checked in. 2) I realized I had to switch the date for the flight back home to a day later. Without hesitating he switched it and sent me confirmation, allowing to breathe easily without worry.
