    Flight was delayed but it was not due to airlines but due to ongoing Construction work at Boston Airport. I have reached to Customer device via phone and it suggested to go outline as I need to hold for more minutes. I could not find solution and started to chat with Agents who help me do uncheck my flight and rechecked with Global Entry Card Number on my boarding pass .. Though it took time but came out the results

    Rude gate agents and poor customer service. They changed the aircraft for an mx issue. They replaced it with a new plane. We were delayed for two hours. All those statments before this sentance happen with air travel so that parts fine. However 10 minutes before we are supposed to board the gate agent calls out 30 plus peoples names and tells them they have a new seat assignment and rudely talks down to anyone with a question. I then watched him try to charge people an extra 100 dollars to change seats. The plane had 3 seats on each side just like the last plane. It maybe had 2 seats that were in a different arrangement. They could have moved those 2 people... but instead they broke apart a bunch of families and tried to charge them to sit next to each other. TLDR Poor planning, entitled workers and upcharging last minute.

    Forced us to gate check small roll ons. When we got on the plane the overheads were empty. Then they didnt have the bags come to next gate and didnt route the bags to our final destination. So we had to leave and collect our one bag and go back through security. The last bags to come out were the gate check bags. Luckily we had a delayed layover otherwise we would have had to abandon our carryon. No acknowledgment or help fro. Customer service in the seattle airport or on the phone. And were traveling with small children...Thanks for nothing Jet Blue.

    The worst airline. Delayed my flygth more than 6 hours. No one is providing any information about it. The only thing they said was that a pilot was missing. They took us off the plane and haven't offered any solutions. I'm with my 7 year-old daughter. I'll have serious problems at work because of this delay. Who's responsible now?

    We had the most pleasant lady helping us yesterday. Our first flight of three got delayed so we got stranded in Boston and she booked us on a new flight (keeping our business class) AND gave us a voucher for a hotel. We were so happy that Jetblue did this and this lovely lady was such a delight to work with!
