I had a terrible experience with JetBlue. My flight was delayed by 2 hours and 30 minutes, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, I lost $930, and JetBlue refused to take responsibility or assist with rebooking or compensation. Their lack of accountability and customer support was shocking. I was left to deal with the consequences on my own, which was both stressful and costly. I trusted JetBlue, but after this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. If your travel plans are important or time-sensitive, I suggest choosing a more reliable airline.

Flight to NY was cool. Didn't care for flight getting canceled last minute and rebooked flying into a different airport 18 miles farther. Other than that, the experience was good. Complimentary drinks, snacks and friendly flight attendants and airport staff

Don't book ticket from this airline. The front desk supervisor behavior was so bad. And nastiest airplane. All the aircraft doesn't care about you they will cancel flight anytime they want. They are very bad that I couldn't able to enjoy new year. They always delay their flight and cancel their flights they don't care about you.

Jet Blue is THE WORST! Our flight was delayed for over 4 hours due to mechanical failure and they offered us a measly $75 coupon, not cash, to fly with them again. What kind of Catch-22 nonsense is this? Then they told me they wouldn't follow DOT rules to reimburse for the delay because the flight I missed was not on the booking with the delayed flight, but was a separate booking. It was a separate booking because Jet Blue doesn't fly to the destination I needed to go to. Well SOL they said and after 7 transfers they said welp call your bank and you might get lucky but we won't help you. Their planes sound like they are breaking as they roll to the runway with some sqealing mechanical cacophony happening each time they move forward or backward into position. Their pilots land as if drunk, and their poor crew is so frazzled passing out their "complementary" cold cardboard meals that they literally are sprinting up and down the isles. I feel badly for them because they were the only thing that made the airline worth anything. Honestly, I'm not a betting girl, but I would wager money they don't make it another 5 years. Fly with anyone else. Seriously!
