Jenni planned a perfect Italian getaway for my husband and I. It has been by far the easiest vacation planning process I've ever been through and the best vacation. I gave her an idea of my budget, where we wanted to go, and how long. She spent a few days going back and forth with me adjusting the travel plans based on my feedback. She was excellent in making sure I had different options within my budget, she made little changes to make sure we did not go over budget but still got to have our dream vacation! Jenni sent us all of the travel documents and even made sure there was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us in our hotel, it was such a nice gesture.

Phenomenal travel agent. Everything was taken care of from booking the flights, the hotel, the transportation to the hotel, and everything else in between. She was immediately available to answer any questions (I had many), and did so with a smile. Will be using her again without hesitation. A wonderful travel agent and all around great person.

With just one introductory email and one phone call to confirm, Jeni created the most magical trip to London, Munich, and Innsbruck for our 30th wedding anniversary. She didn’t bat an eye when we made a last minute addition and was available the entire time we were away in case we had any issues (we did not).
