Jayleen was so helpful from the time I was booking my excursion from my cruise ship. She actually called me to help me with my timing and to drop me off at a different location. The tour was beyond compare. Jim was our guide and gave so much information and help with the whale watching, that it was obvious he loved what he does. We saw so many whales and he had the knack of letting us know where to look. I appreciated all their knowledge and expertise. Definitely a highlight of our Alaska vacation.

We had a great time on our whale watching tour! Our guide was great and we were able to see several whales. He was informative and very friendly! The boat was also very nice and comfortable for our group of 6!

Absolutely phenomenal! Captain Jim was awesome (and full of dad jokes) and gave us an unforgettable experience. Jayleen's boats only hold 6 passengers, so this is the ultimate in personalized experiences. What would have made this better? Stuff beyond Captain Jim's and Jayleen's control. The whales could have have been as playful, and bubble feeding, like they were in the days surrounding our tour.

The afternoon we enjoyed with Larry was a definitely a highlight of our west coast trip through Alaska, Whistler, and Vancouver. Communication with Jayleen's was great from start to finish and the many "extras" provided were appreciated. While the whale sightings did not disappoint, it was Larry's treatment of our 8-year old son that truly made the experience unique and memorable. From helping at the dock, to doing radio checks, to driving the boat, Larry made our our kid feel like the star of the show. Larry was kind and informative throughout and we didn't mind a bit that he kept us out a bit longer than expected. All-in-all, we had a blast. Thanks, Larry! Mike (London, ON)

Better than 5 stars!! So glad I booked a smaller vessel with small group! Luke did a fabulous job in captaining the boat and giving us the rich and fascinating history of the area. From the initial pick up, to the tour, to the return to port, he was friendly, professional, accommodating and customer experience focused. All the things not possible with a big boat and loads of tourists on board. We were delighted to see some orca’s before other boats became aware of them. We also saw lots of bald eagles and seals along with breathtaking glaciers in the fjords. Magical. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend!
