Very bad service never ever get your tickets and visa done from here .Their staff is not at all trained well .They give you incomplete information & spoil people's trip. As I was travelling to London I did my London visa on line myself it was done perfect. then I had to go for schenegen visa and had set papers as said by this travel agent, when I went to the visa office they said your travel agent gave you incomplete paper from their side.I had to pay again to the visa team and take next appointment after 2 hrs.Then I asked this travel agent are now the papers complete and I have done my booking for Paris any covering letter from your side would you give the agent said no these papers are sufficient won't require. Because of his mistake by not giving covering letter for Paris I did not get visa from my Paris date of travelling. Because of them I had to cancel my Paris tickets and hotel stay , I lost almost £250. Their incomplete service. Even my cousin who is travelling with me she also had to face trouble at visa office, she also had to wait at visa office for 2 hrs extra because they had put her old passport number on insurance letter instead of present passport number. Will Never Ever Ever Recommend This Travel Agency To Any One. Very Very Bad Service.
