We have a lot of experience travelling domestically but internationally we didn't know where to start. Corrine was invaluable in helping us plan our first overseas trip. She helped us with flights and hotel to get us coordinated. She answered my many questions and helped adjust when needed. Corrine was amazing in booking our international family trip! She had to help coordinate families in two States with 3 little kids. She was very responsive and helpful. She sent great info packets of the location and travel tips. She patiently answered my numerous questions and helped with transportation after a last minute flight change.

We needed a nice, quiet, mid-winter break, but we are terrible at planning trips. Corrine found us the perfect spot on St. Martin! She answered all our questions and took care of all the planning and setup. All we had to do was pack and get to the airport! Highly recommend her and Holly!

Holly was the travel agent that my sister used for her destination wedding in Curacao. I would not recommend her because I have worked with other travel agents who were easier to get in touch with and more pleasant. My biggest issues were that it was hard to get her on the phone and she was condescending. For example, my dad is a veteran and a Boomer who relies on his children to assist him with computer-related things. While completing the online forms, my sister and I called Holly with questions. She was very condescending on that call, and it rubbed me the wrong way. That was the first red flag. Shortly after, Holly went on vacation in the days leading up to the final payment being due, so she was not available to answer any questions until the day final payment was due! To be clear, the issue isn’t that she went on vacation (we all love and deserve more vacation days) it’s that we didn’t have anyone to channel questions to. When I brought this to her attention after the wedding, she gave a long explanation as to why she didn’t answer the phone when she returned from vacation. I’m expecting her explanation will be posted in response to this review. And I’m not challenging the veracity of her explanation, I’m just pointing out that it was frustrating as a guest. .
