Isabel was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She made the entire process smooth and stress free. I want to specially thank Moe and Jocelyn who made our days extra special with their warmth and special attention to detail. The whole staff along with them truly made this cruise one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. I couldn’t be more appreciative for making my daughters day so amazing and special.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s Quinceañera aboard the Oasis of the Seas. Everything was unforgettable! Travel was smooth and easy to coordinate, and Happy Holidays Travel made the entire process seamless. A special thank you to Luisa for going above and beyond to accommodate our family, and to Moe and his event staff who were absolutely amazing throughout the celebration. We celebrated our daughters quince with Happy Holidays! Everything, from the booking, to the practices, was very smooth. The staff was great keeping us informed. Everything was well organized. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Happy Holidays Travels needs to re evaluate the coordinator Isabel. She needs to be more friendly and have people skill. This are some complaints Isabel NEVER follow up with the wristbands for me my mom and daughter I lost my table because I was 26 minutes late her answer to be was I didn’t make it on time returning to she ship and was left behind. Poor sense of humor. Poor communication. The last date of the quinceañera as the father they gave me problems to participate because my wristband was not the right one not so professional as the father of the quinceañera I felt discriminated. I’m truly sorry but will not recommend. They only one person that made it possible was Luisa.
