We used Going Places to plan a cruise to Greece and Italy. The initial meeting was informative and we decided to move forward with them helping us plan. We found out the original agent was no longer working there. Started working with Marti so we kinda had to start over. This was a trip of a life time for us very expensive. They handled all the travel documents and hotels and transfers to the port. That was very helpful. No follow up once we returned home to see how everything went. This was the first time I used a travel agency so Maybe I was expecting a bit more. Kinda disappointed

Great cruise in Hawaii thanks to Marti and company.

We have used Going Places Travel over the years, and everyone is always so good to work with and extremely helpful but this is the first time we booked an Alaskan cruise. Our experience could not have been better. Marty was so patient with all of our questions (we are not big travelers), and worked with us on every detail, and there were a lot. And if she was not there to answer a question another agent was always there to help. Our trip could not have been better. There were even flowers in our suite from Going Places Travel. How thoughtful was that; another wonderful detail. We couldn't be happier with Marty and the whole staff, and will continue to use Going Places Travel for any future travel needs.

Marty thought of everything for our family's trip to Cancun. We didn't have to worry about ANYTHING at all! Transfers, hotel, excursions, everything was seamless and it was a fabulous trip. We will definitely use Going Places again.
