Absolutely wonderful experience was our travel to Cancun-Mexico. We went with 3 kids. Olesya was in touch all the time of our vacation and explained every details step by step. Our hotel was absolutely amazing. She recommended wonderful park to visit and it just perfect for us. Our kids was so excited.) Definitely will contact her again in our next vacation. I am so thankful I found Olesya’s at Go and Travel. I was having a hard time deciding on where to travel and what resort to stay in with two adults and two children. She said don’t stress and I will take care of you. She did just that… She booked hotel, flights, etc, and reminded me to make sure to check our passports expiration date. 3 times we traveled and 3 times it was best vacations. No stress, easy going, wery informative, if we had any questions Olesya always answers right away.

Terrible experience with this agency was told by Olesya to purchase the travel insurance paid for it all along telling me iI would get my money back if we had to cancel the trip. We had to cancel the trip on account son was experiencing many health problems. Let her know this and the nightmare began. I was not able to get my money back from the travel insurance she works with. Feel we were lied to by her telling people they would receive their money back with travel insurance she uses. Called her many times to please help me to get the necessary paperwork which was never easy to get from her. Long story short please be aware of this company lying to people of canceling a trip that it would be no promblem to receive all our money back in her own words "no problem" it took 5 mos of my own doing to fight the corrupt company she works with Allianz global insurance beware and trust none of these disgusted by what iI had to go through all the stress of using this travel agent and agency that I feel is dishonest

We use Go and Travel services multiple times and they always exceeded our expectations. Everything from planning the trip to transfer to/from the resorts was always smooth and enjoyable.
