They hung up on me for asking too many questions after doing the bare minimum. Left a message for Larry almost 3 days ago and he never returned my call. Trying to go on an important trip but no one seems to care. Another guy told me he couldn't cancel my reservation. Then when I called back a woman named Vivian said she could cancel it. Nothing seems to make sense with this company. Absolutely abysmal service. Stay far away

Very, very disappointed, I tried to give this company the opportunity to sell air packages and hotels. I made 3 sales and it turns out that the commissions are paid between 60 to 90 days after the trip is completed. Who can work like this, and now I do want to. To receive those commissions, I have to wait for my clients' trips to be completed and continue paying the membership for something that I do not intend to continue using, much less recommend being very careful. The truth is, it is a total disappointment to work with this company.

Sharon Goodspeed has provided the most personal, exceptional and efficient customer service for many years. She is always cheerful, helpful, and returns phone calls and emails the same day. She is a pleasure to work with and ensures all the details of every trip, cruise, etc. is perfect. Her personal attention to detail is outstanding and greatly appreciated.
