I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ghion Travel Agency. My return ticket from Dubai was inexplicably canceled/voided by the agency, which left me stranded and forced to purchase a last-minute replacement at a much higher cost. Despite immediately reaching out to the agency, including multiple follow ups, the managing director promised to resolve the issue but never followed through. I provided clear evidence that the mistake was on their end, they offered partial reimbursement that didn’t come close to covering the additional expenses that I incurred. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I received no satisfactory response. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is alarming. I am escalating the matter to consumer protection services and take legal action. I strongly advise against using Ghion Travel Agency for any travel needs. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness is unacceptable, and I would not trust them with any future bookings.

My experience with Ghion travel was superb. Their service was very rofessional and friendly. I was able to get reliable and accurate information. I strongly recommend Ghion travel to all potential customers and my community.

I had telephone conversations regarding the flight date of relative.My call was answered immediately at during all my calls and the treatment was polite and the response was so clear and helpful. It was really excellent customer service .
