Very nice staff and helpful. I would NOT recommend the place we went to but nothing against the agency. It wasn’t their fault I had a horrible time, the hotel STINKS LIKE GARBAGE. The customer service at the hotel is Terrible.

I had an a great time!! Tour guide Alex is amazing very attentive to his group. He explains everything in detail and guides you to places on your free time. He’s available at all times for questions and knows where he’s going!! Driver Jorge was also very good helping with our luggage and additional bathroom stops to accommodate us. This is a great tour company reasonable in price Hotel, breakfast and lunch cruise were GREAT!! Definitely doing other trips with them will spread the word to my friends.
