What a great way to see Canada! Fresh Tracks provided everything to make this trip idyllic. Great accommodations, wonderful excursions with amazing guides. Meals were delicious. It was nice not to have to worry about our luggage while on the Rocky Mountaineer days. We disembarked from the train, took a bus to our beautiful hotels, and luggage was already in our rooms. Perfect. Truly the only downside was Mother Nature. We went in late September thinking the leaves would all be changed, only to find that wasn't the case. The wildlife was also lacking so that was a little disappointing as well. But the overall experience was wonderful and at times, breathtaking.

We took the Rocky Mountaineer Train from Vancouver, an 8 day trip. Enjoyed the send away at the Train Station. It was a trip of a lifetime. Lori Foster, our contact with Fresh Tracks, was outstanding - 5 Stars! The trip she planned was first class all the way. Riding the Rocky Mountaineer was smooth and comfortable. Breathtaking scenery at every turn. Standing on the outside platform was a favorite spot of ours to be. Taking in the fresh air and views, amazing. The food in the dining car was delicious. Our 4 train car staff were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable at all turns and the drinks and fruit provided in our car were a lovely bonus. And a chef brought us fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Our fellow passengers were so nice. All the hotels were first class. Lovely desk clerks and so friendly at every stop. Can't really pick a favorite BUT the Lake Louise Chateau and its property was outstanding! Our day excursions in Jasper and Banff were so fun and our bus drivers were the best!! Every excursion that Fresh Tracks planned were excellent. We highly recommend this trip, I think about it daily and relive it through my MANY photos. Thank you again Lori.

Had a great Canadian rail experience from Toronto to Jasper, bus tour from Jasper to Banff, and Rocky Mountaineer from Banff to Vancouver. Top notch service, meals, and accommodations, and excellent customer service from the time of booking to departure. All hosts were helpful and informative, providing quality service and assistance. Nature's beautiful landscapes were abundant, and the views of the Rocky Mountains, glaciers, and lakes/streams/waterfalls were magnificent...and some glimpses of wildlife along the way. Trip of a lifetime!!

We had a tour of Ontario and Quebec. Fresh Tracks Canada organized this trip to perfection. Not one problem on this 11 day trip. Hotels were so special and staff at the hotels treated us so special. All the dinners included in the package were superb. Train trips were so relaxing and meals were top notch. The drivers that pick us up at hotels, airports and train stations were very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Now for the tour guides, could not have asked anyone better. So knowledgeable and full of personality. Thank you Fresh Tracks Canada for working with our local AMA and doing all these logistic on this tour. Made us love Canada even more.

I am so glad we did this trip. I think everyone should take the train across Canada at least once. I would not do the middle Via Rail section in the middle though. Three days in the cabin with no breaks is too long. The staff was wonderful though. Noemie, our agent, handled everything, but the flights for us. She answered all my questions, both before and during the trip.
