    I have had a bad experience with Fly Away Travel in Roseburg Oregon. After 2-3 weeks and multiple phone calls ( needing to reiterate my destinations every time) trying to book a trip the lady said it was impossible. I looked up the tickets online myself and found my simple trip easy to locate flights and accomodations. I will just do it myself with ease. I called and left a message for the manager to let her know how poorly and unprofessionally I was treated and so far no return call. At my business I always call any unhappy customer back immediately and do all I can to make them happy and learn how I can improve by listening and adapting to my customers wishes. I will never use Fly Away Travel in Roseburg OR. because of how poorly we were treated. I will share this with all my friends who are seeking a travel agent as well.

    Stopped in to talk to a travel agent. Explained my handicapped friends wife just passed away and he wanted to go on a cruise. Explained to a gal (wont mention name) that reason im using an agent is because i want the agent to give me cruise options with excursions for handicapped. Gave me a few options and i picked one and she was about to book it when i checked excursions myself . Not one port for the cruise she suggested pffered handicapped excursions. Obviously didnt go out of her way to be sure my trip would be as i requested. I expresses my dissatisfaction and i got a return email with a bunch of BS. This is not a travel agency. Dont expect any services other than booking a trip

    Used them twice and had bad experiences both times. They have no idea how to book anything on the east coast so we had to do all the research for them. We figured they could at least get the flights booked for us but they screwed that up as well. They charged our credit card over 8k due to submitting our booking 3 times. Due to their booking errors, Flight connections were missed causing long delays. They had to reimburse us for their booking and over charge error once we returned but that took a really long time and they blamed their insurance. Decided to try them again for a 3rd time because we like local businesses and time had passed since the last mess ups. Wanted him to book flights for us this time to kinda test them as to their service. They once again failed. We told them we booked our own resort but we needed flights booked. They annoyingly told us they did not make money on booking flights and thus treated us hurried us and seemingly just wanted us out of the office.

    Second time ..like the first had to pay for extra time a motel because travel agent has us on a four hour layover .couldn't find car rental company on our paperwork.had to pay extra day at motel in Hawaii or we have sat at airport from 11 am to 11 pm.so tired of paying so much for things and second rate service our vacation was stressful the whole time because of this company if your thinking about it don't do it plan your own vacation you'll do so much better.we have actually planned to not go on vacation again because of the B's we have went through twice.
