Five start service. We booked a trip via Five Star Alliance to Adare Manor in Ireland. It was outstanding. Our booking was handled extremely well and we were treated to some fabulous extras during our stay as Five Star Alliance clients. I highly recommend booking your trip. I have traveled all over the world and used lots of agencies. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Courtney would not return emails or calls. The last time I attempted to get a question answered began in late July. I texted, emailed and called MANY times over the last few months and received no communication and it is now Nov. I almost missed my transfer to the Queen Mary2 because she didn’t share the important details she was supposed to share. I will never use this service again as it taints what was supposed to be a fun time planning and going on a trip with family.

I used this agency to book a hotel to Chicago and I am very disappointed with the service. The hotel I chose thru this agency was not a 4-star hotel, much less 5. I was supposed to get breakfast daily and the hotel didn't even have a restaurant open in the morning. I was supposed to have an in-room safe, none to be had. A safe is a BASIC amenity in the majority of hotels. The hotel was dingy and dark. I reached out to complain both to agency and the hotel (21c Chicago) and I was supposed to get a partial refund, and I haven't gotten anything. I've sent 2 more follow up emails to John and I don't even get a reply now. Don't waste your money. I book everything direct now; all these agencies do is overpromise and underdeliver.

We used Five Star for a trip to Iceland and England. The process was smooth and efficient. Not having been to either country, using Five Star was a great asset. Their familiarity with accommodations and activities in both countries made the process of traveling (with kids) painless. I'd highly recommend their services.

I used Five Star Alliance to find a place for a relaxing and beautiful babymoon last September. We wanted beautiful amenities and good food and Five Star is always the place I start my search. I was looking for something in California and Five Star had lots of good options We stayed at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and couldn't have been happier. After speaking with a Five Star agent I was confident that the spa at Ojai would have good prenatal massage and other services. I've booked several trips (honeymoon and several stays in NYC) over the years using Five Star and will continue to do so.
