BEWARE OF FIRST CLASS TOURS & TRAVEL BAD BUSINESS! In 2018 I booked the 55 passenger bus to take a group of 47 to Port Canaveral for a cruise. I completed the contract as required and paid on time. In the contract I was asked for an itinerary well originally I didn't include anything but a pickup time of 10pm. I spoke with the owner Michael whom stated I needed an itinerary so I emailed him that. I was told our driver would be Anthony Washington and he would make contact with me a few days before the departure date. Well I hadn't heard from anyone so on the night of departure I called and spoke with Michael and was told the driver was in my area he told me he'd call me back this was about 9pm. Well I got a call from Michael about 9:40pm stating that he got the time wrong. He told the driver midnight. All of my group was waiting and upset. We waited until midnight, Anthony Washington arrived and act as if we did something wrong by booking for 10pm. Anthony Washington was rude,unprofessional and kept telling us he wasn't supposed to be our driver. He treated us as if we were an inconvenience to him. He acted as if we weren't paying customers that held up our end of the contract. Anthony Washington informed us that this company contract out the drivers. The air condition only worked in the front of the bus. People in the back were uncomfortable and hot due to lack of air. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

My family had an awesome experience with our amazing driver Ms. Cherie Jeffers to Greenville, SC. She felt like family to us. I would highly recommend her as a driver to anyone for any trip. Her professionalism is wonderful! First Class Bus Tours has a jewel!

I hate to give a bad rating but this company was very unpleasant to work with and very unprofessional. During correspondence I felt bossed around about the schedule (even belittled), and they wanted to wedding guests to get there much earlier (so it wouldn’t be their fault if anyone was late.) anyone who hosts a party knows that having guests early is not a good thing- no refreshments are ready and in NC summer weather people can’t stand around in the heat. Once we finally got the schedule figured out, (thanks to my wedding coordinator taking over!) We heard that on the day, the bus broke down on the way to the wedding. The guests had to wait while they got another bus. (I see why they insisted on being so early if the vehicles are unreliable). As my brand new husband and I were in the limo(from a different company) the bus driver came up to us and asked us for $50. I knew he was expecting that as a tip, but obviously we had other things in mind being just married. He didn’t congratulate us or anything/ it was kind shocking and took us out of our Newley wed bliss for a moment. One of my bridesmaids took care of it in the end. Wouldn’t recommend this company but unfortunately there aren’t many other options in the area.

We had an awesome family Reunion trip to Atlanta, GA, thanks to Brandon our driver and the services that FristClass Bus Tours provided. We will most certainly use them again! Brandon Anderson you're the Greatest!

First Class Tours did an absolutely outstanding job of providing transportation for my wedding and rehearsal dinner this May! The communication leading up to the event was extremely professional, and Michael was very attentive to details to make sure both events ran smoothly. When rain caused a change in the transportation plans just days before the event, First Class Tours was extremely accommodating. After the events, we heard several guests speak so highly about the level of professionalism from the bus drivers and the quality and cleanliness of the buses. We are so thankful to First Class Tours for helping to make for a perfect weekend!! I HIGHLY recommend Michael and First Class Tours for all transportation needs for events in the area!!
