Nancy was great. I had contacted another travel agent in town about scheduling a trip for my wife and myself. After a week of waiting, they still had not provided me with any information or trip options. I contacted Nancy and gave her my travel dates and she had 3 options for me the next day. She was able to book everything for us. She planned every detail for us including air fair, seat preference, shuttle at the airport, prepaid for baggage, and she even booked us in the elite club at the resort. Nacy was truly a pleasure to work with! We were late on purchasing our vacation packages due to passport arriving late. By the time it came in the rest of the group had already purchased their packages and the alloted packages for travel agencies were sold out. It looked like we were out of luck and would miss a memorable trip with our friends. Nacy worked a couple days on getting us the same trip rooms and flights itemized by direct contact with multiple vendors. She put a lot of effort in to making it happen for us!
