Place was very welcoming. Excellent communication the first day. The rest of the stay nothing else was needed, such a great place. Gazebo, plenty of outside seating. Firepit, heated pool. The neighborhood and Neighbors were wonderful. We met a couple while walking the neighborhood and going to the nearby park. Perfect place for a Family. So much better than a hotel. We will be back!

Horrible experience renting a property in Norfolk VA through Evolve. The place was a mess: cockroaches inside our towels, hair in the shower, stains on the furniture, broken appliances in the driveway and the list goes on. We contacted Evolve three days in a row, and called. NO ANSWER AND NO REPLY until after our 3-day stay had been completed. They have since offered a 15% refund because they say our issues were primarily with the outside of the property. Evolve uses a third party to manage this property and they put all the responsibility onto that company, and that company is only paid a portion of the actual booking fee. I have included three pictures of what we were shown the place would look like. I have wasted so much time writing emails, phone calls and sending pictures. We are deserving of a full refund and Evolve should be sending a generous credit. Looks like a lot of other people have had great experiences with this company, consider yourselves fortunate!

This was the perfect place to stay. It’s close enough to town to walk to shops and restaurants. it was a short drive to Red Rocks and about 30 minutes from Boulder. the home was clean and cute. i would definitely stay here again.

The condo and the property at The Tides in Hollywood FL are very clean and beautiful. Watch the sunrise from your balcony. Easy check in and Oscar is great to work with. I have stayed here three times and will stay again.

The house was very clean, bright, and cozy…perfect for our girls weekend! The rooms are nice-sized, the kitchen is well-appointed (although we did not use it much), and having two full baths was great! The area is quiet, not much traffic, yet convenient for our journeys to Saugerties, Rhinebeck, and Red Hook. The Evolve team was great to work with, very streamlined, and we had no problems at all. Check-in was a breeze, their instruction book was clear and concise, and we had no need to contact them while we were there. This is an annual trip for us to the NY Sheep & Wool Festival, and we have stayed in several homes in the Saugerties/HITS area, but this is definitely one of our favorites, and we will be back!
