We just returned from the most incredible trip across Italy, all thanks to Dawn Kodama! This is actually the second time we’ve had the pleasure of working with her, and once again, everything was flawless. From the hotels to the train transfers, every detail was perfectly organized and ran like absolute clockwork. Dawn has such a gift for making travel seamless and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the journey. We can’t recommend her highly enough—already looking forward to planning our next adventure with her! She is extraordinary!!

Our trip advisor Melanie Ruiz is amazing! She made planning our honeymoon so seamless which was a gift in itself given how stressful wedding planning can get. Melanie was able to work with us to find several resort options that fit into our budget and location. Her communication leading up to the vacation was prompt and she was very knowledgable. We had so many questions and she was always quick to reply. 10/10 would recommend!

My (new) wife and I just recently had a succesful wedding week in Playa Del Carmen all thanks to Suzanne Pelzer who organized and coordinated an experience that exceeded all of our expectations. Right from the beginning of the process Suzanne showed genuine care for what we wanted in a destiation wedding and over the course of the year assisted us throughout the entire process. Her recomendation for a location based on our wants and needs was spot on and she ensured communication between us and the resort was consistent, fully supportting us the entire way. We had many of our guests reach out to Suzanne for various items and assistance as well and she was more than happy to provide them with the same care and attention. We could not recomend this service, and particularily Suzanne, any more!

Mona handled everything so quick and gave us such a great experience. We told her what we wanted and she delivered above and beyond. She made everything extremely easy. The resort was amazing and the transportation was amazing as well. We will be booking all our future vacations through her!
