Edward is passionate about helping people figure out their travel needs. He is courteous, kind, and gets stuff done. He helped us at the last minute travel outing where we did not know what to do. He is my travel guy for me and my family. Also, he is passionate about helping people succeed. He is Giver in business and life. I have so much respect and admire him for what he does in the community and his business. I will always recommend him.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Firstly, we are traveling internationally and he booked us flights that had ZERO (0) checked bags for a two (2) week stay. We had to have my two (2) aunts, and myself call several times throughout the day with no answer. He would not pick up one of my aunts' numbers, but he would pick up if a different number than hers called. So clearly, he doesn't treat his customers equally and screens calls. Secondly, we had issues checking-in online FOR OUR NEXT DAY 8AM FLIGHT and when we put in all of the codes on our paper, none of them worked! When we finally got ahold of him, he asked for our ticket numbers which were not on the papers provided! When I explained that we did not have the correct booking code to check-in online, his answer was "Sorry, I can't help you. You have to call the airline's customer service line." When I asked if that meant we had our tickets still, he assured us that if we didn't check-in online, we could just wait to check-in at the airport. Well guess what! I called Vueling Airlines and it was HELL trying to get thru to an actual person, and when we did, they explained we had to check-in via TWO (2) DIFFERENT BOOKING CODES because despite paying for five (5) people all at once, he did two (2) SEPARATE transactions. Then I was informed that *I DID NOT HAVE A TICKET* despite being named on the reservation AND having ALREADY PAID! EVEN BETTER, he called late enough in the day that by the time I was done with Vueling and only had part of our issues resolved, HIS OFFICE HAD CLOSED AGAIN! It's a good thing you're able to reach his office in case of emergency/ after hours- oh wait, you can't! There's no way of reaching him while you're standing in line at 6AM, still unable to check-in one of five (1 of 5) people, only to be told the *TRAVEL AGENT *NEVER* BOUGHT/ISSUED A TICKET!* for that person, he just put their name on the reservation. So we had to scramble to FIND ANOTHER AIRLINE for an outgoing flight to Barcelona and PAY HUNDREDS OF EUROS AGAIN FOR A NEW TICKET! AND PAY EXTRA to have a personal item AND a carry on bag. Very nice that my family got to leave for their 8 AM flight while I AM STUCK WAITING TEN (10) HOURS UNTIL 4 PM for the next (and earliest) flight to Barcelona. Again, a very good thing I was hoping my international vacation would include an extended stay at an unfamiliar airport after getting up at the arsch crack of dawn- I definitely didn't want to explore the city in my limited time and have my family go and scout it for me to see if there was anything cooler to do in Barcelona than sitting at the airport for ten (10) hours! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY- DO NOT USE EDWARD'S TRAVEL & CRUISE!!!

Edward's travel is so good at what they do. They are quick and efficient and get what I need for any travel accommodations. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of travel. Airfare, Hotels, Cruise, ect. They are the best!!
