This was our first time working with a travel agent, and gee did she set the bar high! We had a lofty dream of taking the family through Europe for 2 weeks, with ages ranging from 2 to 70, and we quickly realized how stressful this would be even just to plan, let alone afford or execute. To say Mary Jo made it easy would hardly capture just how wonderful a job she did. She took the time to really get to know us and our priorities as a family for this trip. She even got to know our personalities and how to stay in front of every concern that arose in our minds. The trip was outright the most wonderful vacation we've ever been on, but it was only possible through the incredible attention to detail and balance that Mary Jo mapped out for us. The hotels were amazing, the excursions were perfectly offset with the right amount of free time, and the transportation was hardly a thought. Mary Jo was amazing! My daughter and I just got back from a cruise to celebrate her birthday and Mary Jo had every detail covered. She was thoughtful and attentive to our requests. Her attention to detail was great - she covered things that I never even thought of! My Seattle Experience was wonderful! Mary Jo created an excellent flight and hotel package for my partner and I. We stayed at the The Charter Hotel curio collection by Hilton. We wanted to be within walking distance to pike place market, shopping and dinning. Mary Jo set us up perfectly! Seattle is a lovely city with great attractions! We especially liked the ferry ride to Bainbridge , Space Needle and the Chihuly Garden! Great views of Puget sound from the roof top restaurant , Fog. Truly a lovely trip! We'll be back Seattle!
