One star is too much. I said no to someone else who would charge a fee and respectfully declined them. So, Peggy hears about it from them and comes back and asked about my queries last year and why I didn’t respond and why I am asking now? And why I said no to another travel agent? Did I travel at all? Am I just shopping to get the cheapest? I shouldn’t have to explain myself of why I didn’t take the trip last year. She was rude and judgmental. She should know and understand that life happens and that sometimes derails the well laid out plans. I will not be using this service and will make sure my review is posted every where for everyone knowledge. She says its not in her business model to help people that want to find a cheaper option? Seriously, I wasn’t doing that but even if I was, she is not keen on helping her clients make the best financial decision when it comes to travel? I mean if you have limitations on doing searches for interested parties that is a problem and barrier on your end. Travel agents I have worked with in the past have done multiple searches until they found me one that suited my interest, time AND budget. Not someone who will be quick to give me the third degree of why I didn’t take a trip!!
