Do-All's website is excellent and their call in staff is wonderful. The website is is simple to navigate, even for less than tech-savvy travelers (like me!). I recently sought the best priced ticket (of course!) with the most ideal itinerary for me. It took several tries to catch the quickly disappearing El-al flights and the staff was most courteous and helpful when I called each time within 24 hours to cancel the bookings I did not want. I have been using them year after year and I highly recommend Do-All for best travel booking experience.

Had a problem after purchasing two tickets to Israel. Charged me $200.00 more than they should have. Spoke to a rep who didnt care at all. Was promised a call back which never hapoened. They just care about money. Customer service not a priority here!
