Laura did an excellent job planning our trip to Italy and Spain. We loved the hotels, the staff and restaurants at the hotels, the area, the accessibility to the buses, taxis and ferries. We do not drive in Europe! Laura responded promptly to our questions both before and during our trip. It made such a difference knowing that we had someone to help us if needed. Laura planned an excursion for us in Spain. It was perfect. We had told her that one was all that we wanted to do. After we arrived, we found another one. I called Laura and asked her about it.
