Elden is the epitome of customer service. I have Talked with him on the phone while setting up our trip for my wife and I to the Rose Parade and the Rosebowl game. He has bent over backwards to make sure our experience is fantastic. He has gone above and beyond what a normal travel person would do. Fantastic would not be a stretch. He has set the bar so very high for any other tour company.

The only way to see the Rose Parade is the Diamond Way ! People on our 3 night tour also visited the Barn (we did this too), and Victory Park (we had done this twice before). Some went to the Rose Bowl football game but we watched it on the 60” TV in our hotel room. There was a choice of several hotels at different prices. Our Rose Parade seats were about 25 feet from the floats, and about the same distance from our parked bus, which made the location especially suitable for old people with limited mobility. The buses were comfortable, and Eldon, Mele (not sure of the spelling) and Elaine were wonderful hosts.

Eldon, I just spoke to my wife Jocelyn and she said she felt like a "zombie" after her fun-filled day at the Rose Parade, but she LOVED every minute of it! She commented about how courteous everyone associated with the tour was, especially the drivers and guides. Everything was perfectly organized and scheduled. Thank you for helping me give the perfect gift to my wife. You're the best!

It's been a few years (2017), but it is still one of our favorite trips. It was everything we wanted and more. We had enough free time to explore our hotel. We chose the beach hotel. There was 2 choices.

Great experience traveling to the Rose Bowl. I highly recommend traveling with them
