Julie has helped me with several trips but my latest was to Costa Rica. Our trip was wonderful and flawless. Our accommodations were exceptional truly 5 star. Our tours allowed us to experience all the wonders and natural beauty of the country.Julie guided us on the locations we should prioritize and helped to influence our selection of locations. She steered us correctly! She recommended tours that exceeded our expectations. One of the difficult parts of international travel is also the arrangement of travel and logistics. Our trip required air, vans, and ferries and all worked like clockwork. I wish everyone could have this type of experience!

We reached out to Julie with cruise questions, expecting the kind of service most travel agents provide at no extra cost. Instead, we were told that if we didn’t book through her, we’d be charged a fee for her time, which left us feeling pressured to commit. Later, when she booked our flights and hotel, she added yet another fee—something that was never clearly explained upfront. When we arrived at our hotel, we were charged again at check-in, even though we thought this had already been covered. I tried calling Julie immediately, left a message, and never heard back. Weeks later I saw an email saying she’d call, but the call never came. On our cruise, we spoke with many other travelers who also used travel agents, and not one of them had been charged extra fees like this. We ended up paying not one, but two separate fees on top of our travel costs. Travel planning should be transparent and supportive. Unfortunately, our experience with Julie was the opposite. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an agent who is upfront and professional about their services.

We greatly enjoyed our experience working with Julie to explore honeymoon options. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great service to us. We would definitely recommend working with Julie for your travel needs!
