This was a very nice experience. Dar El Mecca Travel has provided us with great affordable prices and the best hotels. It was an organized trip from the start to end. This trip was spiritual and impactful. Brother Asif was cooperative and I recommend everyone that is willing to have a great journey to refer to this agency.

This was our First Umrah for our family of 4. Dar El Mecca Travel has made it to so easy for us. Made specific arrangements for us since we traveled from Tennessee and with the group from DC. Our Guide and Imam were very accommodating and knowledgeable. They have communicated and made it easy for us throughout the travel. This made it easy for us to get organized and have everything ready. Any of our requests were forfilled. We have not faced any issues, Just gained wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Dar Mecca for my Umrah trip. Everything was well organized, and the group was great. Brother Asif was incredibly helpful, always there when we needed him. The hotel’s proximity to the Haram made the journey even more convenient. I would definitely travel with them again!

The umrah trip organized by Dar El Mecca was excellent related to planning, timely events, visas, zayarah visits, transportation and prompt communication via Whatsapp group. Last but not least, they gave us complimentary zamzam bottles to carry back with us at Jeddah airport. There were 3 of us from the USA on this trip. They even accommodated both of my parents from Pakistan on this trip using the same itinerary, and provided all hotel transportation and wheelchair service during umrah for them. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us, and a great blessing from Allah SWT. There are definitely a few things that could be improved in the future and some of these are not directly related to the travel agency. 1. Nusuk appointments may quickly get filled up. So couple of reminders before the trip begins would be helpful for the group to ensure that their appointments have been scheduled well in advance. 2. Our hotel in Makka had a problem with the shower area in the bathroom. We complained to the hotel staff but they could not do anything because it requires several days to fix it. 3. The dining area was huge and the variety of food was excellent but there was nothing marked in the areas and we would get lost searching our family members. It would be nice to mark each section so people don't get lost. 4. It would be a good idea to have a brief information sheet that tells people as to what gate number to use to get into and out of Haram. Like, visit to jannat baqi was only allowed for a couple of hours after fajr and an hour after asr in Medina. And for Makka, as to what gates and times of day or week to enter if you are in ahram or not in ahram for tawaf, and a closer ziarah of kaba.
