This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The travel agent was rude and completely inattentive — he was speaking to another customer on the phone while trying to “help” us, which made it impossible to get his full attention. We clearly stated multiple times that we wanted a 6-night / 7-day trip to Morocco, yet he kept insisting on 10 nights / 11 days, completely ignoring our request. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. They honestly don’t even deserve a single star. We ended up walking out and will never return. If you want a travel agency that actually listens and respects customers, I recommend going anywhere else.

Was the worst travel and tourism company to travel with! We went a trip to Georgia and Armenia, Dallas gave us the hotels bookings in Amman but when we arrived to Georgia we were surprised, the schedule was different; they changed the days of the trip as the hotels as well, Our e-visa to Armenia was valid the day we booked from Amman ( on Friday) but they insisted to do the trip (on Thursday) This took us 3 hours and half of waiting on the boarders just to re-do the visa! (note: there was no other group needs visa to Armenia except the 30 people from our group) The new hotel ( not the one we booked) was far away from everything it took us 25 mnts by car to arrive the city center. Also, the guides, Dallas work with in Georgia were very rude to all of the group, and they did so many mistakes; they left 4 people in the airport the day we landed and never noticed. They were sending messages with rude attitudes to the group. They forgot to book a hotel room for 2 people the day we arrived from Armenia to Georgia.

Incredibly helpful! We walked in after our flight with Wizz air was cancelled and we couldn't rebook it. It was super challenging to book because most flights were cancelled due to the airspace having been closed but the agent that helped us (Mohammed Haweel) was amazing - he found us flights for that same day (which had looked like an impossible task). Very helpful and professional

We booked through this company and they were supposed to arrange a hotel for us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found out that no reservation had been made. It was a very disappointing experience and caused us a lot of stress. We expected better organization and reliability.

Terrible experience! My family’s hotel was never booked, we were pushed into a worse hotel with no AC, and the company stopped answering our calls. When we contacted their office in Jordan, they hung up on us. Completely unprofessional, avoid this company!
